加拿大Rutherford Heights Retirement Residence 疗养院来华招聘20名家庭护理人员，前往该机构从事护理工作，要求有一定的护理经验，和简单的英文交流能力，但不需要任何英语资格或护理资格的认证，详情请参照加拿大的移民官方网站：

中国（加拿大）爱尔德纳护理中心负责此次在华的招聘的工作，帮助中国护理师前往加拿大从事家庭护理工作，主要工作地点在加拿大养老院或者是加拿大本地的私人家庭。工资每月1500加元，有加拿大国民的福利保证和医疗保险，加班有双倍的加班工资。在加拿大工作满两年有权申请办理移民手续（加拿大移民法律明确规定）。
